so i have been training now about 11 months and have steadly put on weight i weight around 240 now at 5 11 which anyone would consider over weight. i guess my question is does anyone else not want to be shredded i mean i have no desire what so ever to loose weight my muscles in comparison to my body are a decent size i can still lift more than i weigh i dont get all this hype over i have to have abs and loose weight for the summer. is there something i am missing here? i guess i went into the gym thinking i want to lift weights to get "BIG" and thats what i occumplished and would like to just stay steadily putting on muscle from this point on. i do think i will loose a little mass because i was out of work for a while and just last week landed a new job so that will surely burn more calories being back to work.

Just got my glycolog i know i have to take it with high carbs meals but should i take on days that i have high carbs meals and dont workout aswellv or just on days that i workout? Still a little confused on that part thanks

Would takin glycolog during a cut have anytype of set back on the cut? For example if im currently at 100g of carbs for the day would it be enough for glycolog to work? Say 50g preworkout 50g post? What would be the best carbs to get the best out of glycolog?

Super DMZ 2.0 ACS PCT V [HELP]
I'm running my first cycle ever using Super DMZ 2.0 and i'm 9 days in. I've been taking 2 Pills of the Advanced Cycle Support and the DMZ in the AM with a meal and PM with a meal but I recently read that you shouldn't take them together is that true? And also i'm planning on using PCT V from Blackstone Labs will this be effective?

Question on stack
Need some advice on a stack. I'm thinking of doing the Tighten the F up stack with Growth. Goal is to drop body fat around the mid section and gain size in arms and shoulders. I will be running a 8 week cycle with lite cardio, low carbs, and high intensity weight training. Any advice on supplements, or diet is appreciated.

Looking for some advice from some of those that have had success with Keto, palumbo, anabolic diet etc.
I'm 5'6 165lb with about 20% BF looking to cut about 10-15lbs. Training is 6 days a week working each body part twice a week. Usually consists of super sets of opposing body parts with 45 secs between sets. Depending on the week rep ranges anywhere between 6-12 and cardio is a mix between HITT and LISS just to mix it up.
I've been on a Keto diet( 70F/20P/10C) for a little over a month. Eating about 1500kcal ( I know this might seem low but per several sources recommend this based off height and weight) Logging everything in myfitnesspal and have seen very little results( a loss of 3lbs but no noticeable difference in physique and waist size has stayed the same) as for supps I'm taking isolation as my whey, Trojan horse 3x daily, and am currently taken chosen1 with abnormal.
I've had success in the past cutting weight on traditional diet but I always have cravings and end up binging out where as on Keto I feel great and have no cravings just sucks I haven't seen any noticeable results at this point. For those of you that have had success how long before you noticed results and do you have any recommendations?

Workout cycle question--Poll
In regards to Fire, Ice and Power supps...Just to get a feel...when is everyone working out in comparison to taking their supps? For example I wake up at 6..gym from 630-730/8 and then home for meal 1 and take my first dose. Then will take my second dose before bed. I guess what I'm trying to figure out is do most people take there PH's pre or post workout and does it really matter? Just wanna make sure I'm getting the most out of it.

Brutal 4ce + Eradicate + Chosen1
Quick Overview of Cycle:
Taking my rat off of 25 MG of Liquid Osta a day for 3 weeks, going to bridge. He started to feel pretty shutdown, tired throughout the day and was taking in lots of caffeine. Rat normally feels tired, but more so lately.
Stats: 6"4
Weight: 208 as of 04/03/2016
BF% I am guessing around 20, the crappy scale I have says around 22 / 23.
Supplements:
-5% Nutrition Kill IT (Pre-workout)
-Xtend (amino blend & hydration mix I take during my fasting and workout)
-L Carnitine (take during fasting)
-CLA I take with my 1st meal
-Fish Oil
-Muilti vitamin
Diet:
-Vegetarian diet, mostly beans, rice, veggies and protein powder. I am aiming for around 3500 calories a day. I also aim to get about 210g of protein in. I noticed some users of Brutal said you should take in more protein, while on it.
PCT:
Currently I have liquid Timox and nothing else for PCT. I was at a supplement store buying Brutal and they tried to sell me Black Stone Labs PCT and when I told them I had tamoxifen. They said that would be plenty, but I may throw in something else. MK-2866 might be something great to use for a PCT, so I am not sure what I will ultimately do.

I am not noticing any more strength in the gym yet, but just for the energy alone, this stuff is worth it. I am starting to feel more aggressive though, pushing more through my sets to get that last rep in.
Hunger: Not really feeling any more hungry then normal, I am stilling doing my normal fast.

Reached out to Blackstone labs and let them know at double the dose, I am not getting the initial energy I had. This may not be related to the dosage, the initial effects may be waring off. Ordered Black Stone labs Dust v2, sounds like a good pre-workout and I will compare this to Kill IT. I also ordered GW-501506, sounds like this stuff is great at cutting fat. I will throw this into my cycle as soon as I get it. Probably just 1 pill a day. Seems like running all 4 of these, should provide great results. I also have some Cycle support stuff, I have been taking each day.

Super dmz 2.0 and super tren cycle
What would make a good cycle of sdmz and super trwn? I've read that you can run super tren longer so would it be cool to run the sdmz for 4 weeks while at the same time running the super tren and then of course still run the super tren for an extra 2-4 weeks OR would it be best to add the super tren in mid cycle or at the end? Also should I just start with the tren first because it isn't methylated? This is my first hard ph cycle but I want something that hits it ya know? I'm 31 and been lifting since I was 12. I sound like such a newb but should I even run them together? Or just run the tren by itself first? Lol dont bash too hard I've been in here for the last few months posting and reading. I'm about to start my cycle soon. Just gotta wait on some things to get into place
